Spiced green beans with halloumi

A flavoursome balance of spicy, sweet and salty

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Block Halloumi
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 500g Green beans
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method
 

  1. Slice and grill the Halloumi and then chop into blocks
  2. Fry the onions in oil of your choice until translucent
  3. Add the green beans and stir fry for a minute.
  4. Add spices and sesame seeds and stir fry until you can smell the spices (around 5 minutes)
  5. Add the halloumi and move to a low heat for another 5-8 minutes.
  6. Serve
