Method
- Put all the ingredients except the dumplings and soy sauce into a large pot.
- Bring the pot to the boil on a high heat and once it's bubbling drop to a low medium heat to continue simmering. The longer it simmers the better.
- Put the dumplings in according to the cooking time instructed on the packaging.
- Before serving, add soy sauce and taste to make sure the seasoning is right.
