Method
- On a medium-high heat fry the onion until translucent
- Add the veggies and cook until soft
- Add the mince a little at a time and brown
- Add garlic and tomato paste and cook out the tomato paste for about 1 minute
- Add the tinned tomatoes and water and stir well
- Add the paprika, salt and pepper.
- Bring the heat down and allow to simmer for as long as possible (the longer the simmer the deeper the flavour)
- Serve with your choice of sauce soaker and sprinkle with a strong hard cheese:)
